I am a writer and editor, currently traveling and working. Some of my current notable work includes part-time freelance editorial assistant work for the Center for Civic Education, and writing for Spine Magazine about authors and their new books. My experience is diverse, ranging from writing and editing for new and changing audiences to social media management to podcast production.

In the past, I’ve also worked as an editor at the Florida Senate, a grant writer at local nonprofit, and an editorial intern at Dzanc Books, a small nonprofit literary publisher. I’ve edited and contributed to The Last Word online magazine and The Kudzu Review literary magazine.

I graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Editing, Writing, & Media and Communication/Media Studies. After studying abroad in Florence, Italy, I discovered a love for travel that inspired me to also pursue a minor in Italian Studies.
